FIXING AN OVERGROWN YARD AND GIFTING THEM A MOWER

I have previously mowed this persons front yard, now it was time to finish off the backyard and give the dog back his space.
The clients mower was broken beyond repair so I gifted them a mower to give them a fresh start to keep on top of their lawn.

Just about every overgrown Australian yard I've seen has several elements in common: a trampoline, a pile of scrap metal, a pile of scrap lumber, a pile of bricks, outgrown children's play equipment, discarded furniture, disused clothes drying rack, and old tires. I think this yard scored 6 out of 8 (everything but old tires and bricks)!

Holy crap the back yard! 😮 I understand overgrown grass, but not trash n junk just thrown n left in the yard. If can get trash n junk into the yard, can get it into a trashcan or to the roadside. About the same distance. A few old things stored in backyard is understandable, but a lot strewn about is laziness. A house n yard are blessings. Take care of them.
