As a CPA who constantly gets emailed/messaged from clients and even prospective clients about these bogus tax strategies, or tax strategies that don't apply to 95% of the population, that they watch on Tik Tok or Instagram, its refreshing to see someone counter the balance against all of the snakeoil salesmen that have flooded the social media "airwaves". Kudos and wish much success to Ms. DiLucci.

I watch all content. Including both of yours. As a small business owner and also rentals properties early on I started to ask my self, how in the world can Trump pay only $700 in fed taxes? Why does the Biden’s have S Corps? Why does Walmart have an entire floor of CPA’s? If C Corp is normally a no go for small business owners then why do larger companies use them, and then their C Corps own LLC’s inside the corporation? These are the questions that make you go uh, Then I asked my CPA this, does the IRS tax code apply to me the same way it applies to Walmart? Why should Walmart enjoy theming like the Work Opportunity Tax Credit but not my business of 30 employees? The problem and I’m sorry team is you guys. I mean no disrespect. There’s CPA’s who really don’t focus on tax planning. Strategic planning.
