SYNC LINE IN is no longer displayed in Media menu. PHONE menu no longer works - nothing happens when I press that button. System seems totally dead. Our company fleet has other C-max's like this. Please post a solution if you have one.

What do I do if I don’t have the sync reboot? In that place it just shows Install Application then it will say file not found

I'm not quite sure on that one. I believe I had the most recent version of Sync 2 installed in my car, so I wonder if it's possible you might have a different version of the Sync OS installed.

My guess is that it’s somewhere in those menus. This video is the path I took to find it, but at the same time I don’t know if it’s possible you might have a different Sync version that might have the menu option in a different spot.

Hello, I have the same car, and the phone was connected to the car’s Bluetooth, and then the car’s Bluetooth and Sync system were disconnected completely. I don't know where the problem is. Even the phone button in the car does not work at all

If things are that bad you might need to pull the fuse in the panel under the glove box. I've done it a few times. It's not fun contorting my frame under there to do it, since it's not one of the somewhat handy fuses.

Though I just bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the magnet isn't enough hold it. Either I need to put a piece of metal in my case to hold it better, or get a stronger magnet for the mount, or get one of those ones with clamps and supports. But either way I do it, it'll be a CD mount because it is the best solution for most cars.
