Ok so! I got into a accident 3 years ago but my AC was blowing cold air, after i got it back it just only blew hot air. I took it to my mechanic and he couldn’t figure out the issue of my ac, so would that mean trying this out would possibly be the solution? or would the mechanic have tested it like this? Also! Do infinitis g37 usually go through this issue of the AC that we have to do this most of the time if it’s not blowing cold air? Thank you.

Try to put free on in it if its not working check for leaks and if its not taking the free on just get a new ac compressor

Check if your radiator/ac condenser in damaged if so replace it then fill with Freon

Pretty sure I’m having this same problem. So when you would turn the ac on the orange light wouldn’t come on correct? If not then I might have something less wrong. But when I turn it on it blows (warm) air however I don’t feel the compressor actually kick on

Same with my 370z, I don’t hear the click of the compressor kicking on, and I don’t see a slight rpms drop from the extra pulley, assuming my compressor went out. It won’t even switch from outside air to inside air circulation when I start my ac on cold

Could be the relay ! I thought my compressor went out but I needed a relay the whole time

​@MostMotionEnt when I press the recirculation for it to get cold.. it takes a while and once it's starting to get cold air it automatically turns on fresh air. And I have to keep repeating this till it stays on recirculation... do you know what that issue is?

No , if your low on refrigerant you have a leak , it’s not like oil that runs low , ac refrigerant should never go low unless your leaking.

That is the most worst spot to put bolts at just let you know they will get lost if you don’t catch it falling with your eye 😂😂

@@iangrves i think he meant hole*. This can be due to your long tube intakes making a hole in your ac line in front of your radiator due to vibrations. This could have been avoided by placing a rubber tubing around your ac line that separates your intake from directly touching your ac line.
