Thanks for this, Luke. You've solved a riddle for me and helped me find something that may fix an issue that I have been unable to correct on my car. The "damage" at the top is probably from the driver resting his/her elbow as they drive. I know that's what's done it on my car. Looking forward to trying this out and hope it works as well for me as it did for you.

Right and an elbow resting should not cause plastic damage even if he had sunscreen on it should come off using the proper apc and agitation tool.

Over time, oils in the skin cause damage that can't be fixed by cleaning products.

No rub is an awesome product! Detailers need to make sure they are not covering up there mistakes with silicone, having the proper interior cleaner diluted is extremely important or just using the proper chemicals. No rub is extremely expensive $10+ depends were you pick it up from. It is good for the reasons he is explaining but be aware the protection will eventually come off and your customer will notice your mistakes you masked off. Good video though Luke. Note on this chemical it’s extremely slick on foot pedals and steering wheels, and mats. This chemical works perfect for vents and hard to reach areas.

As a mechanic and a detailer we all can agree the plastic used over the last 20 years has become more delicate... for instance my 92 Ford truck has sun damaged plastics looks good and holds a smooth gloss. However my wife's 2013 Jeep will gloss up nice and dull out within a couple of hours

Hi Luke. Merry Christmas and Happy New year to to you and your family. I’m wondering if I can use this product on my black fadin steering wheel? It’s 2007 Acura TL. Also I don’t want to take the steering wheel off. Appreciate all of your videos 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤜🏽

Unfortunately it won’t do anything to your steering wheel if applied to it. To a certain extent it will fill areas with silicone but it won’t add on a layer to fix the steering wheel.

Great info, but the three audio edits per second are a bit much! Any products that you would use with the Tornador that accomplish the same?
@davidb52202 жыл бұрын
The tornador had issues atomizing products you’d have to find a chemical that is pretty much really thin liquid, I know stoners sell 5 gallon pals on Amazon of there products that is identical to no rub from P&S but I’m not to sure how thick it is. There are a lot of chemicals out there for interior dressing that you can buy in bulk that is cheaper. P&S Discover is water based really good product, no greasy fill to it and also you get a nice OEM finish afterwards and it smells nice

Yes you can use it for lighter interior colors and for best results always level it down with a try rag so you don’t leave it greasy. On lighters color it will do the exact same as you see on black, it is a silicone base spray so no matter what it will fill in some imperfections
