Hey Chris! Wanted to drop in and share some love on the editing of this video! 🤙 The pops of effects and sound clips make it easier for my brain to watch but also add fun humor and personality to the vids as well! Thank you for creating this video to help with the elbows! Looking forward to adding this to the mix with the floss tape! Good luck with the mic sound, I've found adding a little Rode Lavalier mic helps when capturing sound when you're moving a lot. Stay stoked!

Great and timely content thanks Chris. What sort of pain threshold should be considered throughout the floss movements in particular? I find it increases as I get to the end ranges, can 'push' through but should I be?

Hey Chris - firstly thank you for the amazing video. Do you thing the floss could also be useful if I get pain in a different area - in the posterior aspect of the humerus.. approximately where the oleeranon impinges? Many 🙏 ❤

Did anyone ever tell you that you look a lot like the actor Adam Scott from Our Idiot Brother?

Although i find the content interesting, i personally find the editing a tad too much. A toning down on the music volume and of the frequency of the after effects would not hurt the quality of your content, quite the contrary. A bit of fun here and there is welcome, a tad too much and it becomes cringy. Nonetheless i appreciate the content and the effort put into this video.
