Fixing Everything that was WRONG With the SUPRA

Yeah my Supra Battery wasn't even old when I bought the car, but just letting it sit with the alarm on is enough to nearly kill it after a few weeks. Got any batteries you recommend? I thought of Interstate, but man those prices are crazy! I got Truck-Lite Amazon knock offs in my Sup now. They look CLEAN, but the beam pattern kinda sucks and I needed to use Polarity inverters to even make them work. Mechanic says the headlight dimmer needs to be replaced, but they just don't exist. I'm lucky that the blowers in my Sup work, but the auto flaps don't. you just gotta shut off the dash vents if you want to defog the windshield, not sure if that's fixable. Also I noticed you bought the same halo headlights I did the first time I tried doing this, they do NOT fit the metal screw-on frames properly so I returned them. It's possible to make it work, but mine at least were not going to be worth it. Awesome work as always, REALLY want to see more content with this baby and all the work you put into it!

2:58 right behind the charcoal canister mounted to the fire wall is your coolant valve for the heater, might not be opening to let coolant into your heater core, wont help with the fan, but at least youll get that flow through heat

Those coils you pulled out are called the resistor pack or "HVAC Blower Motor Resistor" in case you need to replace it after that cleaning. With my '83 Celica (regular celica, not celica-supra) I had mine fail over time where it lost different fan speeds but even after the last bit of the resistor pack died I could still set it to high and it would turn to full blast. So if you're not getting any air at all I'd guess it's something with your electric or the blower motor itself. If it's blowing and you're just not getting heat then you need to check your heater core as it might be clogged and not letting the hot water pass through.

For the heat check your heater core bypass it may have a crack in the connection

I don't remember your carbon fiber dash wrap, but what happened? I'm guessing it's just film and it didn't seat well. Only bringing it up because my Celica GT-S came with some kind of carbon fiber aftermarket stick-on gel like stuff that looks amazing. Of course I doubt they make those kits for the Sup, but it wouldn't fit with my oxblood interior at all.

Yeah the material it stuck to wasn't great, so I'm sure that had more to do with it than anything else

I usually disconnect the battery on my supra when I plan on not turning it on for over a couple days, Whenever I go to turn it on I just hook it back up & it starts instantly
