I have been searching for an answer to my peculiar pain in my high right hamstring when I squat/deadlift and I think you might have just cured my issue. I’m going to try this for sure and pray that it works.

I find sleeping with a pillow between my knees allows my knees to go out while laying down and prevents my hips from getting as tight and keeps my spine less twisted and less pressure on my discs. This is why I had all my pt clients do hip abduction exercises as well. Light weight if necessary although it should be combined with stretching and of course other exercises.
