This channel has helped my joints like nothing else. My left shoulder has gone from weak, tight and immobile to strong, healthy and actually more mobile / flexible than my right! Absolutely fantastic ckmtd

I "suffered" with occasional lower back pain. But only like a 1-3 out of ten. But still. Squats, RDL'S, hip thrusts and bent over rows all helped instead of making it worse. Practically pain free now. The worst I now get is barely a 1 and that's really rare.

I’ve heard this explanation before, but the part I don’t understand is WHERE does the gas come from? Do our bodies just have gas pockets all over? Because gas is not just empty space (that would be a vacuum)

Very impressive! 200 kilos being thrown like that is crazy. I have a genuine question on his technique though: are your knees supposed to bend that much during shoulder press? Shouldn't that be gicing a lot of momentum, compensating for shoulder strength? I am geninely curious, as i am not a strong-man & can't press anywhere even close to that much.

That’s not a press, that’s a push press. Push press focuses on power development. People in Olympic lifting and strongman do them all the time. It’s almost impossible to press this much weight overhead strictly. There’s nothing wrong with that technique. It’s just a different exercise

THIS VIDEO HELPED SO MUCH. I wasn’t having knee pain, but a lot of stiffness/soreness. I did the three exercises for a few warm up sets and it cleaned up my knees instantly!

This morning i was doing squats, apparently too heavy because i was leaning forward too much. Trainer told me to go lighter. But now i could just tell him i was doing this workout. I was wondering why my lower back was feeling it so much.

Herniated two disks two years ago, L4/5 and L5/S1, still can’t do dumbbell RDLs without upsetting the injury, but cable RDLs have been a great alternative. They haven’t fixed the pain overall, but I can do RDLs now without causing further injury or pain. I notice in full standing position I lean back a bit to compensate for higher weight cable RDLs, which has seemed to be fine as long as I keep the rest of my form good while hinging. Make sure you have a way to watch your form, really focus on keeping your core tight and stop bending when your butt stops going back, and take it slow. I started with really low weight just to get confident with the motion.

This is a terrible workout. The most taxing ab workouts for me are always leg raises from a pull up bar or decline sit ups with weights. Can someone explain why he advocates for ab workouts that involve zero range of motion? Is this purely for stability?
