Coach Ryan, may you make a video about your jump shot form and your non jump shot form, please? In Ilovebasketball TV you have said that ball down body down ball up body up. However, I see the slow-mo of your 3 points or jump shot, I realize you stay low when you rising your hand up but when your hand reaches your head region you start to shift body upward and jump shot when it locked somewhere between eyebrow? May I know which is the correct way to shoot? I would like to use the ball down body down,ball up body up method because it is more fluidity and I could get the ball in good overall position before shooting and also less stamina burden because I don’t need to body down until I sense my hand in head region.
