Fixing Jammed Carestream DICOM Film Printer

We received a support request for film printer not printing. Staff repeatedly tried to print and remove jammed film with no success.

Hi there, quick question how do you clean the heating unit? Issue i got is the films get jam once they reach the heat exchanger?

It is a replaceable part, residue will build up and cleaning it only damages it.

My problem is That there are lines on the screen. where i have to read the error code there are yellow lines . And where i have to read the number of Movie there are blue mines. And power button stars red and blinks.

ERROR 888 YELLOW AND 888 BLUE

Sounds like software corruption as there is no error for 888 yellow or 888 blue. Are you able to jump into the user manual below and follow the steps to connect to the webserver and see if it loads.
