There is a mod called " do a barrel roll " which makes elytra first person view more immersive, its like a plane simulator lol.

you know what mod should be on this list as a QoL mod? InvMove! That mod lets you keep moving even if yor inventory is open! I find it one of the most useful mods I've come across. It males using your inventory much more fluid and continuous. (you can also use it on servers not having that mod, but you may get kicked for that)

You should try the Real Camera mod, it along with mods like Better Combat make the first-person experience much more dynamic and cool.

As a bedrock player, I just use Actions & Stuff (coming to the Minecraft marketplace on December 24th by Oreville Studios) and the Realistic Biomes add-on (also by Oreville Studios) Combining both of them makes the game beautiful, but it isn't too distracting.
