The sheet you were referring to is called peel ply. It creates a smooth surface once cured, minimizing sanding and fairing.

Awesome work bro, got it done 👌🏽 Good adjustment on your internal repair trimming to suit saves you the weighted overhangs Tip: would encourage that even more on the external lay. 👍 Cut your wings into strips and start on edge layers to allow you to cross laminate with a simple centre squared cut. Either you got it done with the nice peel ply finish 💯

Moose! (You see I did something sneaky. I never actually located your dog with my eyes in the video but because I have completed the instruction, you therefore are convinced I have done something that I indeed did not do. Since you are not going to read all of this, you will never know that was I did was completely false. I can only hope that rumors will spread about my amazing dog spotting skills. Maybe one day I will make millions off of it and can buy you a yacht instead. Anyway, I’m getting side tracked. Because you believe that I have done something that is not very impressive which again of course was spotting your dog, you therefore have much more admiration for me and very much appreciate my dedication which again, is not there because I did not actually complete this task.)

Just redid my boat floor from water damage. Time For fiberglass any suggestions on which type or are they all the same small boat nothing Seriou thanks

This is my first time working with fiberglass, so I might not have the best advice. But there are different types of FG. Some is much thicker and stronger than others. I can’t remember the weights off the top of my head, but I used a more structural fiber glass for my job, and it sounds like you’d probably want the same. I wish I had more better info for you, but I’m sure the place you purchase it from will be able to help point you toward the stronger stuff. Also, I’d suggest a slower cure time hardener, so you don’t feel rushed. Just make sure you’re in a climate that allows the hardener you choose. I’m in Alaska and was actually too cold to use the slowest cure time hardener.

Do you have full videos of you doing the or just these shorts? Have you finished it?

I don’t have any full videos unfortunately. I actually also moved this past month, so I sold my boat when I left. The fiberglass was done and the electrical work was all done, but I didn’t get to do any nice finishing work
