Anytime I see this type of comment, I think to myself, does Bridgette WANT to learn to ride a dirtbike? Does she WANT to show her progress to 100K+ subs? Gotta think just because you want to see it, doesn't mean she wants to do a video like that.

Motion pro coolant recovery tank helps as well, I race trails and had the struggle of over heating in any type of wet conditions or sand. Haven’t had to refill in a very long time, it basically recycles the coolant besides it all spewing out it’s about $20 worth a shot definitely.

Yessss The Return of Bridgette! The Yoshis barking and echoing through the woods is so sick, sounds so good. Yessss a squid squad moment! Glad you got the supercooler and it's working so well for you. I don't think I ride long enough or hard enough to need one right now. But on my next bike maybe it'll be my second upgrade (1st is going to be Race Tech Suspension. After doing it to my Honda I'm never going back).

I’m so glad you keep posting about this issue. I bought a 2020 CRF450RWE in April and was totally fine until the 8hr mark. Then the cooling issues got worse and worse. I had it in the shop multiple times trying to chase this problem but they couldn’t find anything wrong. It pissed me off too because I had videos of being at the track just warming up the bike and coolant spewing out the discharge hose. Def going to look into the Boyesen power flow water pump. I did a 2007 CRF450R build with same pump and oversized radiators and never had any issues even when slow trail riding. But I also was using Evens Waterless Coolant.

I see a lot of comments about getting a better radiator cap. Yes they help keep coolant in which will help it run cooler eventually, but if your bike is losing coolant or would boil out with the normal cap on, it is already running too hot and this will effect performance and longevity of the engine's parts and components. Getting this supercooler is way better for the bike than just a cap. Combining the two I am sure would only help but if your having overheating throwing a different cap on is only a bandaid. Getting a better water pump is the way to go

Hey J Walk, I put several of these on my hondas in the past. Most notable was on my woods bike CRF250X 2004. Yes it is that old but runs like a champ. Overheated in one harescramble and put the supercooler on. END of problem. I agree that should be a first upgrade. Doen't appear that different than stock, but it moves more coolant!

The bane of my CRF250 was clutches and valves. You pretty much had to do both to get in a half decent season of weekend warrior woods riding. The basket would go in about two seasons as well. Switched to a WR250 (YZ with soft forks and lights) and I'm two and a half seasons in with only a new set of springs in the clutch and no valve movement.

Jwalk buddy you should try a high pressure radiator cap. That 1.1 isnt helping. A high pressure radiator cap will allow more pressure inside your cooling system which will keep from boiling over and spewing out the overflow. Seriously, put a 2.0 bar cap on there and your coolant issues will be a thing of the past. My 18 250sxf came stock with a 1.8 bar for comparison. Im also running a boyesen super cooler and they definitely do work.
