Thank you so much for this work out I enjoyed it. I am 4 months postpartum and had to cancel my gym membership at some point cause I had no time to go to the gym. This is something I can do at home. You have really done well mammy seeing your weight loss results is inspiring I am glad the algorithm suggested your channel. May you please one day may not be now share what you eat in a day/week as I believe we are what we eat as well 😊
