Thanks, just got my pioneer-5 and I love it but the rattles. I researched months for the best side by side and it always lead me back to the pioneer 1000-5.

i found a very cheap way to fix my door rattles.i used some 3m rubber stick on round chair leg glides that keep your dining chairs from scratching your floor.virtually eliminated the rattles and costs pennies for something i need around my house anyway. just stuck them where the door adjusters strike the body.

I've seen guys use this in loose hinges by greasing one side and sticking one side. Quicker n cheaper

Great series of videos! Frustrating that Honda has many defects in there body design, door rattles, cup holders, poor fitment of accessories. I have a 2021 Pioneer 1000 and they have done nothing to address these issues. I bought this machine because I didn't want a belt drive machine. Thumbs down to Honda for ignoring these issues perhaps if enough people bitch they may make it a priority do something about them. Thanks for your channel its great!!

Where did you get the shifter seals/cover plate?

I have not stepped up to a 3D printer yet but hope to one day. Between the bushings and bed adjustment it is night and day on the road I can't wait to hit the trails!

$20G for a machine and Honda shits on customers to save $3. Shame on them. I have a new 2020 P1000, a 2017 P500 and had a 2014 P700. Love Honda but it’s ridiculous that a customer has to do this.
