I have a Samsung VR20H9050UW / EN for parts. It was perfectly functional but I needed the right wheel motor (R) and the POWER switch to repair the first vacuum cleaner.
@vladmusca3 жыл бұрын
I had the same problem. After measuring at the power pins on the charging station I obtained 4.5 V. I tried another charging station and saw 7 V. In my case, only the red LED could be lit on the station. Normally, when the vacuum cleaner is connected to the station, the green LED lights up and starts charging. In my case the problem was the malfunction of the POWER switch under the vacuum cleaner. Try introducing contact spray or alcohol with a thin needle syringe in the first step and operating the POWER switch several times. Ultimately replace the switch. Good luck !!!!

Maybe you (or someone here) can give me some insight? How can you tell if the battery is dead? My VR2AJ9250WW/AA (Samsung PowerBot R9250) was working fine yesterday and it was charging, but today we noticed that the green light on the charging stand wasn't lit anymore. Also, the digital display on the vacuum is all black - nothing lights up. I checked the charging station with a multimeter and it's putting out 7V. I also ran wires from the charging station metal contacts to the metal contacts under the vacuum and verified with the multimeter that the same 7V was running through between both points. I checked for power with the multimeter on the battery but it's dead - either there's no charge left in it or it's just completely gone...I can't tell. So if the problem is that the battery is dead (the vacuum is four years old), how can I verify if I just need a new $200 battery?

It is possible that disconnecting the battery and reassembling the vacuum could fix your problem. I cannot say why, but occasionally removing and reinstalling the battery solves many charging issues we have had. I would suggest patience and leave the Samsung on the charger. Once discharged (in my experience) it can take many hours for the battery to be sufficiently charged so the vacuum will power up. I make sure the main power switch is in the on position or the vacuum will not charge. I have tinkered with ours and forgotten to flip the switch back to the on position.

Onde arranjou essa bateria ?e o preço dela
@growntogether99132 жыл бұрын
é a bateria original. Não posso recomendar uma substituição. Teste os terminais de carregamento e a bateria com um multímetro antes de substituir a bateria.

I just got a r7070 and it sounded like something broke loose, but I couldn't find anything wrong. Any suggestions?

I would flip it over and turn the brush assembly, wheels, and moving parts by hand. If everything turns as it should, I would carefully clean everything that rotates and moves. It doesn’t take much by way of a small piece of plastic or debris to make a lot of noise when the brush is spinning.

Can you test your dock volts and get back to me please. My ac adaptor said 24 but I'm only getting 7 to the dock terminals.

@@josephanderson3551 did you turn the vacuum off. Take the battery out. Reassemble and try charging again. Might not need a battery. These are quirky devices. Good luck!

@@growntogether9913 yes I did. I even tried charging the battery with jumper wires directly to the charger.

Mine has a C-03 error code. Right wheel is stiff and causes the error. Any idea how to fix?
@growntogether99133 жыл бұрын
No idea on that one. Sorry

You need to open the vacuum cleaner. Either the engine is broken or a wire that gives the engine control is broken.
