I'm learning so much from you guys I didn't know difference between bacterial and fungal nothing. That's where people need to start educating themselves where their food comes from. thanks again. Happy Spring!!! ✝️🙏💜☣️😎☢️

We've got a small section of pasture that has got be compacted. Doesn't matter how much we water, the grass just doesn't seem to grow grass, the other half lot's of tall grass.

Look forward to seeing you all work with the compacted soil, it relates a lot to my situation, woods are overtaken with thorns and thickets. The soil wasn’t compacted by cows, but ours was compacted by construction equipment. Definitely am going to check out the video of William clearing out the woods, cause I need to do a lot of that. Y’all have a blessed day👍🏻

Thankyou for this ! I was out in my town, looking at a super compacted overgrown vacant lot, thinking about how the heck i was going to be able to make this otherwise excellent area's soil plantable again, and the notification for your video came in over my phone. Fate, is cool like that ! Looks like its time to spend some time with a mattock, plant some Comfrey, do some sheet mulching, add some golden compost and set up some good mycorhyzzae dominance to get things started!

Thanks for sharing another informative video. We’ve had some soil compaction in our pasture where the cows & horses were, but since their gone we can already see a difference as the sheep are now grazing over some of these compacted areas now. Enjoyed hanging out with you guys. God bless y’all 🙌🏻👍🏻😇🙏🏻❤️👍🏻

I bought some land back in 2014. I’ve been fighting the wild blackberries ever since. Our ground is soft. I finally got some wood chips in and I’m laying them down thick lol. My neighbor isn’t happy about it but I don’t care. 😂.

Love your show - we have a home in a regular neighborhood and we are converting our yard into a natural, food-raising, and nature-friendly environment. It's a slow process, but seeing people like you advancing the idea that it can be done keeps us energized and plodding forward. Your videos produce progress and results you cannot imagine. Keep it up.

It's a few months later, but have you looked at purslane? ( Aka portulaca) it's a bioaccumulator that is recommended to grow in Nevada. Hope your plantings improve!

Billy and Michelle, have you all talked about how much food a few sheep would require monthly and how to do it as cost effective and natural as possible. I am interested in getting a few sheep and maybe two cows but I need to prepare the land???first or in conjunction with the animals. Any advise would be helpful. I will continue to look at your videos for help. Thanks for sharing.

It will be interesting to see if the next 17 year cicada appearance will be heavy. Why don't trees poison those root suckers? I've got a theory that they are the only animal that routinely aerates the deep roots, thus becoming as useful as they are a drain.

What are rolly pollies good for? Don't they eat the young seedlings? I've been getting rid of them by giving them to the chickens. I've noticed that where there is a large amount of slugs, there is also a large amount of rolly pollies
