BACKGROUND ABOUT THE CAR:
- 1989 Volkswagen Citi Golf 1.4 carburetor.
- Bought in 2016 there wasn't alot I had to do. (There wasn't must rust)
- Drove for 3 years then the gearbox started not selecting gears then lock down happened and I felt the car.
- It stood for 3 years (the rust got worse) then reccently started working on it.

Distributor tip 4 a 4 cylinder is 1342 frm the mark coz it rotate clockwise

Met die petroltank wat solank gestaan het, is al die pype nog heel en wat van die tank? Geen skade op dit nie?

How do i know where and when to throw in gearbox oil guys🙏👌

HOW: (THE RIGHT WAY) at the rear end of your gearbox (to the outer CV joint) there should be a Big plug/Allen Key Nut. That’s you would fill up the oil. To drain it? Well there’s another plug/allen key nut at the bottom of the gearbox where you drain it. THE DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME VERSION 😂 (which I did in a previous video 😅) was my speedo cable wasn’t connected yet so just threw it in there. Was about 2L I used. WHEN: I’m not sure KM’s wise but I would deffs do it every major service. But when your gearbox makes a noise or overheat it can be due to it needing oil because the oil keeps the components lubricated.
