mine is 2009 and I think your motor is a later car, never had this problem especially when cleaning these mounts after washing? now I'm aware!! maybe exterior mounts were tweaked when your motor was built.

I have an 09 Partner, bought new. Had the same problem approx 3 years ago, with one fitting. My mechanic injured his finger whilst doing it. Think he put some kind of glue on it as well, to prevent it happening again 🥴.

Yeah mine is a 2016 and the model changed in 2012 so maybe they're slightly different on the 2009? I don't think my old 2004 Berlingo had them but maybe I just never noticed because they didn't fall off 🤣

Thanks, I’ll be checking my windows tomorrow - who knew that could happen?! Sadly no Lidl near me but great food combo idea. Have you tried cutting a banana lengthways (not all the way through), filling with 2-3 dates, smearing in tahini or peanut butter, and wrapping in a lettuce leaf? Perfect on-the-go snack. 😋

Hi Georgie, I think it was a hex bit of some sort but I honestly can't remember 😂 I have a selection of screwdriver bits so I just grab whichever one fits!

I bought mine from eBay - try searching for 'Berlingo opening rear window glass cap and screw' or some variation of that!

A little tip if they come loose; Use some threadlock on the screw thread to stop it coming loose again.
