same thing on my 06 f150.....can control it from the front but the rear door nothing happens..... just decided to look into it now.

Looking around the switch can you just pop that part out without taking off the door?

Dude! You don’t have to take the whole panel off. You can pop the switch out. Takes like 5 minutes of jiggling.
