The Model S is not that special. Its a basic sedan that happened to have electric motors and a battery. The McLaren P1 is a multi million dollar hypercar carbon fiber chassis hybrid V8. Messing with its formula ruins the original intent and experience. That being said, I understand Freddy not putting the battery back in and yes it does save weight, but I'm just saying those two things are not as close as you want them to be.

It's very cool to see someone thats local to me(Melbourne FL), good ol' Tavarish working on such an one off, amazingly built, work of art, but let's face it, Taverish has some of the coolest cars on the planet, like Ferrari's and McLaren's. Rich definitely picked the right guy for the job. For me, ICE - T was the ultimate middle finger to Tesla, for mainly not allowing the public to work on their vehicles in any way, & Rich rebuild was really the Pioneer on standing Up to Tesla in this regard. I think that's what makes this car so special. 👍💯 One thing I do remember is the electrical nightmare getting the factory Tesla computer to mate up to the ls ign..... I think the way they did it was they just left the car on as if it was on but not running, Without the Tesla actually knowing that it's running and driving down the road.
