I agree! That direction would’ve definitely fixed my biggest problem with the original episode, which was the weird continuity error of whales in Spongebob never being depicted as eating plankton until that episode. I mean, we see Pearl enthusiastically devouring normal food in that one episode where she has a growth spurt, so I highly doubt eating plankton is necessary for whale survival in the SpongeBob universe. The og episode’s conflict is extremely forced, and I think this rewrite would’ve remedied that. It would portray Plankton’s fear of whales as more irrational than anything, so he’s battling with his own perception with reality rather than being tortured by a very real thing that happens in nature constantly.

Another fix idea for "A Pal For Gary": What if the new 'pet' explicitly has hypnotic powers that it uses to make spongebob obliviously loyal to it. We could add somebody else like Sandy or something who is watching it unfold, trying to reason with spongebob, and gradually getting more concerned. Finally, have spongebob snap out of it at the end and help get this creature out of his house? This is from a fan of more action-oriented cartoons who hasn't seen the episode, so I don't know if its a good idea or not.
@Crow_Smith7 ай бұрын
As someone who has seen the episode: I like this solution. Because honestly, this would explain why Spongebob treats Gary so poorly. Like he literally sees the pet trying to eat Gary and is yelling AT GARY for it like it's his fault. I mean he's so neglectful it's literally mean and out of character. Even Patrick wouldn't be that oblivious. So for it to be something the new "pet" is doing - would help. Especially having someone trying to point it out to him and him being like "What? Fluffy? That's silly!" but when he sees Gary in trouble he finally snaps and saves his friend, apologizing to him the entire time and they work together to get the create out. Maybe Sandy or whoever else is there can help. Heck I'd love to see the help be Squidward. Like at first amused "haha Spongebob's so dumb" but slowly gets concerned because he sees him mistreating or neglecting Gary and being like "Okay so something is wrong here" and maybe he gets Sandy who can burst in at the last minute and help them get the monster out and then she can be like "Actually Squidward told me." And Spongebob can be like "oh wow you do care!" and squidward can pretend not to but it could end on him smiling that things are back to normal.

One episode I think would be easy to fix is "Spongebob Your Fired". Keep the fact that krabs wants sponge bob gone to save money, but change how he does it. Have Krabs show more care and suggest Spongebob to look for better employment by saying something like"You've got alot of talent that's wasted here". Then have spongebob try out some jobs, throw in some comedy and then have him come back to Krabs saying something like "I enjoy this job, so I I'll stay" and Krabs accepting it whilst silently sulking because he did save that extra money. What do you think?
@TheDragonman1046 ай бұрын
Nah, that seems out-of-character for Mr. Krabs. I feel like a better option would be the Krusty Krab isn’t making the money is use to so Mr. Krabs has no choice but to fire SpongeBob. That way they can make use of the scene where SpongeBob makes his own snail food that Gary actually likes and when Mr. Krabs hires him back, SpongeBob makes more of the snail food to bring business back up for the Krusty Krab.

15:32 An idea that I had for how to fix The Wringer would be to more or less make it a bottle episode. Have Spongebob be stuck in the wringer and unable to detach it from the floor. Fortunately, Gary manages to call Sandy for help, unfortunately she cannot figure out how to get him out immediately and has to leave to create something that will save Spongebob. Thus, while Sandy is out trying various inventions (possibly with mixed results), Spongebob has to figure out how to do various things like brushing his teeth or getting a drink of water while still stuck in the wringer. Ultimately, Sandy would figure out how to get him out, but maybe by that point he is so used to doing things while in the wringer that he has forgotten how to do them normally and the episode ends with him comically messing up a basic task and both he and Sandy laughing about it.

The writers had a golden opportunity to take advantage of Meg’s character and have her be more than just the 'butt of the joke' considering that’s how her character has always been since Season 4. It could have been a continuous arc in the show where we see how both the lives of Meg and the Griffin family function without one another. We were robbed of great storytelling.

I think an episode that does something similar to “The Best Burger In The World” but done right, is the Chowder episode “Mahjong Night” where Chowder is really tempted to eat Mevilled Eggs that were made for Mung’s Wife Truffles’ game night with her friends. Mung promises Chowder that he can eat all the Mevilled Eggs he wants tomorrow, but Chowder is so excited that he can’t fall asleep. He basically spends the entire episode trying to get some Mevilled Eggs from Truffles. At the end of the episode, Chowder accidentally helps Truffles win her game, and offers him a Mevilled Egg as a reward, only for Chowder to taste one and say they’re disgusting. Also the stuff that happens in the episode is pretty funny. I won’t give too much away. Go watch it for yourself.

I've got some alternative fixes for some of these episodes: In "Arnold Betrays Iggy", we could've had Arnold revealing Iggy's secret not knowing why it's a secret and everyone makes fun of Iggy for it, much to Arnold's shock. Arnold then stands up for Iggy in order to atone for his mistake and lift the shame and embarrassment that Iggy feels. In the end, the people making fun of Iggy either back off or get put in their place, Arnold learns to be more careful with revealing things to other people and Iggy learns to own his "embarrassing" traits and not be ashamed of them. "The Girlfriend" would've been so much better if only for the message of staying quiet had been later corrected, as Jamie only gets worse and worse, forcing Gumball and/or Darwin to either stand up to her or get help, a very daunting task that thankfully results in Jamie getting put in her place. The message finally being that situations like this can be dangerous and scary to try and get out of, but things won't get any better if you stay. "It's a Wishful Life" could be improved by revealing that Jorgen Von Strangle was LYING about absolutely everyone else's lives being better off without Timmy and he just wanted to torment the poor boy from the start, resulting in TImmy having to stand up to Jorgen as well as the ingrates he tried to help only to be mistreated in return. In the end it would be revealed Timmy's existence has bettered some peoples' lives after all, whether or not they actually realise it and the message is something along the lines of "If you're feeling unappreciated, you can still take solace in the fact that some people's lives are better off because of you and what you've done, even if no one seems to realise that.".

My idea for fixing One Coarse Meal is to have Plankton discover Krabs' ruse much earlier in the episode (before all the paranoia and suicide parts), and do some research to discover Krabs' fears. I think that at the end of Family Guy's 'Seahorse Seashell Party' Meg should move out, but only for the episode. At the end Peter and Lois apologise to her, promise to stop treating her like trash, and she then forgives them and moves back in. And after that episode, they do stop treating her like trash, and instead treat her like they did in the first two seasons (they weren't horrible to her back then).

For One Coarse meal, I think all it needed to do was instead of SpongeBob finding Plankton on the street, it was Mr. Krabs that found him that way. Sweet! The category I voted for was chosen! Here's my idea for fixing SpongeBob's infamous "A Pal For Gary" episode. SpongeBob misunderstands Gary by thinking he's lonely. He gets an idea from the other residents of Bikini Bottom who have been given cute pets by a con woman that hypnotizes everyone. SpongeBob is lured in by its cuteness when in fact it's in cahoots with the con woman who uses it to brainwash the masses and make them their servants. The cute pet manipulates SpongeBob into thinking that Gary is terrible, so he throws Gary out but realizes at the last minute (through a quick montage of memory clips) that Gary would never do terrible things. SpongeBob and Gary reconcile and then gather up animal characters from previous episodes (Mystery the Seahorse, No Name the Blue Jellyfish, Junior the (now adult) Scallop, Snelly and Rocky from The Great Snail Race episode, and the partying jellyfish and dolphins) to help the brainwashed crowds see sense with their own cuteness by wearing costumes. With the con woman and her cute pets defeated and arrested, SpongeBob learns to listen to Gary more often, while Mr. Krabs makes more money selling action figures of the heroic animals.

That’s true. When I saw a review of the episode, near the end when Arnold was going to get humiliated, Iggy over heard Sid and Stinky mentioning that Arnold was innocent and they were the ones that spread the secret around. "American Fung" can be fixed like this: take out the dumb subplot with that Fung-Wa guy entirely, and have the CIA go to the mental hospital before they get lobotomies and have Stan and Francine released after explaining the situation. Then maybe Bullock could send them on vacation somewhere to properly celebrate their anniversary.

If you're looking for more cartoons to review, why don't you try Max and Ruby? It could actually be an opportunity for a best and worst list! The reason I think this is because although its first 2-3 seasons were just boring, annoying, cringe-worthy snore fests that even made me cringe as a kid, I was surprised to see how much it improved by seasons 6 and 7. Ruby has become far more considerate and willing to compromise in a situation and there has been new characters that perfectly compliment the new episodes. Even Max becomes more of an interesting character and speaks in complete sentences! In fact, you will probably notice something very different about Max in season 6, but I won't spoil it for you if you really want to find out for yourself. Anyway, I’m not sure if this will convince you to make a worst or best list of Max and Ruby, but I hope that this encourages you to give it a shot. Whatever you do next, I’m certain it will be just as amazing as every other video that you have made so far.

Semi fun fact: for the bendy episode of fosters it was originally meant to be a full 22 minute episode but the creators were forced to cut it down to be around 11 minutes so they weren’t able to tell the full story they wanted for the episode which led to the awful ending and the episode being amongst the worst episodes in the series

Here's how I would fix what is considered the worst episode of Caillou: The story would start with a cold morning. Snow is covering the road and nothing is happening. In the start,we are shown that the gramma and her grandchildren (which tjey normally started the old episodes) are snowed in. While the gramma is quite happy for taking care of her grandchildren (being their babysitter), the kids are annoyed,as TV is out because the snowstorm that brought all that snow broke the antenna of their house and since their old snow clothes don't fit them anymore and they don't even have other snow clothes,so they can't even play on the snow. The gramma decides to bring them something to keep their minds off the fact they can't watch cartoons on the TV or make snowmen, so he gives them some cookies, hot cocoa and decides to read a story - Big Brother Caillou. The story starts with Caillou playing in his room with his good ol' train set, in his own world, with not a care in the world. We do see a small scene where Caillou is imagining being the train conductor, altought that scene doesn't last for long,as the doorbell rings. Caillou sees his dad and mother going down the stairs as fast as they could, so Caillou gets curious what is happening and goes down along side his parents, as Caillou is imagining who could be at the door, from something as comom (maybe he imagines it is his gramma going to babysit him) to more fantastical (Maybe he thinks it is an astrounaut). He tries to go as down the stairs should as fast as he could (altought because he knows he can't run down and the fact he has short legs, he isn't that fast). His parents bring inside their home a huge box that the mailman brought. Caillou goes to the box and thinks it is a gift for him for his birthday, altought his mother remembers him that his birthday was 3 months ago. Caillou keeps trying to figure out who was the box for, until his Dad tells him a suprise for him - He is gonna get a sister and the box has a crib inside of it. While most kids wouldn't like it or would be excited to getting a sibling,but oddly enough, Caillou doesn't seem to have an opinion about it. He doesn't seem to see any good or bad on having a sister,so his parents tell him that when he gets a sister, he will have someone to play and have sone fun. Caillou doesn't seem to change much his mind,but after some months, when Rosie is born, he instantly loves his sister. Like the title says, during the episode, Caillou tries to be a good big brother,but keeps failling due to what he tries due to Rosie's age and his methods. For instance: Caillou would see the baby toys Rosie has and thinks she wouldn't like them,so he decides to give her some of his old toys for her, altought it is clear his toys aren't for Rosie's age (Like he gives him a robot toy that is the size of Rosie or a Nerf gun) or how Rosie can't stop crying, so Caillou dresses himself as a clown and tries to cheer her up,but it gives the opposite effect he was trying to achive due ti scaring the little baby. After many and many attempts to be a good big brother, Caillou gives up, because no matter what he does, he can't seem to help take care of Rosie,making him sad and go to his room to cry. His mother goes to his room and she tells him that he is a good brother,but he needs to understand her age and what he thinks it would be good for his sister isn't always going to work. The mother says that case is similar to when Gilbert was a kitten: When he was a kitten, he needed to drink milk out of a baby bottle and how it was hard to make the kitten get used to their family,but older Gilbert doesn't have those problems anymore. Caillou's mother tells him that since Rosie is a newborn, he should hear his parents and what he should do if he can even do something and,when Rosie grows up, Caillou could use the ideas he tried to use in the episode and they might have a different effect (maybe when she grows up, she is gonna like clowns or would like to receive Caillou's old toys), but for now, he has to understand her age and let his parents take care out of stuff before he can act. Caillou accepts this idea and,in the end, he finally makes Rosie happy by holding her in his arms (with his parents looking out for them) and kissing her on the forehead. Meanwhile,the gramma manages to buy time enough so her daugther can return with Take Out food for her,the grandchilren and gramma, so the episode ends with them having a good lunch. (I know it isn't as good as this other ideas in this video,but I liked doing this.)

This was a fun video, Strider! And it's inspired me to rewrite some bad cartoon episodes too! First off, I would rewrite THE ENTIRITY of the Bob The Builder reboot, starting with keeping the original claymation/stop motion designs while updating them to CGI. Second, I would introduce new machines, which would be the ones making mistakes, but none as dumb as in the actual reboot, and the old machines would help the new machines out. Third, I'd try to keep the writing for the reboot similar to the original Bob The Builder. I'd also rewrite bad episodes from good cartoons, such as three episodes of Engie Benjy: Jollop To The Rescue, Jollop Mixtures, and Night Of The Sherbert Stars. Jollop To The Rescue: Jollop would still be jealous of his cousin Jelly, but Benjy would figure out quickly what was wrong and actually talk to Jollop about that. Jollop would also stop Jelly from giving Plane the orange fizzy drink [which worsened Plane's hiccups] and would figure out another way to get rid of Plane's hiccups. Jollop Mixtures: While Jollop still broke the computer board, he and Dan come clean to Benjy about it, and Engie Benjy's friends don't get angry at him for making mistakes like in the OG episode. Night Of The Sherbert Stars stays mostly the same, but Trucker Troy [Engie Benjy's cousin] and Farmer Fred actually try to help Benjy, and we find out WHY Jollop and Dan were mad at each other. But aside from the aforementioned three bad episodes, I think Engie Benjy is a delightful show, and I cannot recommend it enough! It also has a ton of fun dry British humor.

Benson is actually a really good boss, in most episodes he's surprisingly leinaint on Mordecai and Rigby despite them being, y'know, terrible workers. Always giving them second chances. Hes also pretty good to all his employees, and outside of work he's a fun dude. And he is VERY dedicated to his job. Except in that one episode, the one you covered, yeah he's a jerk in that. I have a few ideas on my own (that could be built on) for how some of these episodes could be fixed. For One Course Meal, the first part can be kept (the part where Plankton tries getting the formula and Spongebob and Mr. Krabs try stopping him) afterwards, similarly to what you said, Mr. Krabs could be removed after but what I would do is for Mr. Krabs deciding to go on a vacation due to him being tired of dealing with Plankton all the time and leave Pearl to cover for him (similar to what you said), Plankton would of course be scared, but also feel a anger and begin scheming since his family was killed by the whales and he wants revenge. Off screen (or on screen), Spongebob could warn Pearl about what Plankton tries to do, so that she is prepared to stop Plankton. There would be more here I could explain, but essentially, this removes a good portion of the problems in this episode. Stuck in the Wringer could be done different than it originally was in the episode as well. After being stuck, Spongebob would go to Sandy for help, but Patrick also finds out that Spongebob was stuck, so he decides to go help Spongebob as well (like actually TRY to help despite not being smart), and of course there could be some humor in some of the ideas Patrick has in mind and it would also show some of Sandy's ideas and eventually they free Spongebob from the wringer. There could be more explained, but this at least removes problems like Patrick being a terrible friend, and the townspeople being in the episode. For Splinter, you could actually keep the splinter, but remove the gross portions of it. Instead of all the gross stuff and "help" from Patrick, Spongebob could have a more difficult time making Krabby Patties and even have some pain because of the Splinter. Mr. Krabs would periodically check on Spongebob feeling like something is off, especially when his hardworking fry cook is taking a bit longer to get orders done and Spongebob denying that something is wrong. After some time, Mr. Krabs could eventually insist on finding out why Spongebob is struggling to make the Krabby Patties and eventually would find out why. So, Mr. Krabs decides to help out Spongebob and the splinter is pulled out. He could also tell Spongebob at the end of the episode that if Spongebob ever needs any help to not be afraid to ask him. More can be added in the episode obviously, but this removes the gross splinter problems, Patrick being dumb in the episode, and actually utilizes the splinter where it can become an obstacle while also there being a message at the end. Wishful Life could be done differently as well. Similarly to what you said, the alternate universe can be kept and there can be some characters doing better without Timmy (the bad people like Vicky, Crocker, Francis (or whatever the bully's name was), and other minor bad people we've seen) and the good people feeling worse without him (Cosmo and Wanda, Timmy's Parents, Timmy's friend group, and even minor characters like Chip Skylark). There could be showings of how life has been affected (I'll explain in a moment) and Timmy eventually feels bad as those people he cares about and have cared back are in a struggle because he's gone. Vicky could have improved as she wouldn't babysit as often and get away with being rude to kids on occasion. Crocker wouldn't be insane anymore and not believe in Fairy God Parents while working somewhere else that isn't a school. Francis would still bully kids but without Timmy there, he would become much more feared by students, even fearing some of the school staff. For good people, Cosmo and Wanda would be Fairy God Parents for another kid but it makes them feel pretty bored of their jobs and hoping something interesting can actually happen. Timmy's friend group wouldn't even be a friend group anymore as they have previously argued and disagreed a lot without Timmy stopping that from happening, and each of them would feel miserable without having any friends. Timmy's parents would be happy to be able to relax but deep down, they feel pretty bored without a child. Some minor characters could also be affected but I'll give a small example. Chip Skylark for instance would have lost his job, fame, and money as Timmy wasn't there to help him when his teeth get stolen and would end up homeless. Overall, it makes the effects a bit more realistic and have more of a real impact on the characters and remove bad elements like EVERYONE doing better without Timmy and it can actually make Timmy become more sympathetic after this since he actually had an impact on others and build more of his character. Again, more can be added to these episodes, but I wanted to bring some ideas out there that can at least slightly improve the episodes and remove the problems that were originally made in them.

The overworking message with that idea over the Splinter would have been interesting. The plot could be about the challenge Spongebob would have, because he loves his job so much that he cant stop himself from thinking about work or even subconsciously trying to fry patties by just habit or urge to, and thus someone could try to show him how to take breaks or meditate for a while and he comes back comedically a lot more laid back and more oblivious until he readjusts himself again.

How’s that sound?” And this makes the duo motivated to finish their work for the day. Then, when they do finish, Benson has the burgers ready and rewards them, telling them to keep up the good work. As a regular show fan, I can say Benson is actually a good boss. He’s trying to teach Mordecai and Rigby how to be responsible adults and he has a nicer side. In another episode, the duo have been working harder and while they were a little rude in asking Benson for a raise, he recognises their hard work and says they’ll negotiate new wages later that week and gives them 20 bucks for their effort.

A little late to this video but Stride you are killing it with these uploads even moreso recently. Loved this video. Also, at 4:33 Nin's animation and delivery was so spot on 😂

Thanks! Sadly, it bombed so I'll probably skip cartoons for a while, but it's nice to get a little feedback on some of those extra details Nin and I put into this one 🙂

Fun Fact: SpongeBob's voice actor Tom Kenny hates the episode The Splinter.

It's not fun getting splinters, so it can't be that fun to pretend having one, let alone an infected one! 🤢

They should've had you working on all these. Nice illustrations as well. :03 Here's my problem with Wringer. After Patrick gets him stuck worse, he then decides to prevent him from crying over his predicament. The heck. He has every right to be upset about his situation! Jerk!

Seahorse seashell party sounds like a 0/10 episode. The way you fixed it makes it sound like a 9/10 episode. (HONESTLY your change for the episode was awesome)

A particularly broken episode was the Peanuts special “Someday You’ll Find Her, Charlie Brown” Basically in the special, Charlie Brown falls in love with a girl he sees on TV, and then enlists Linus to help find her. Essentially, it’s stalking…. Even besides that, the characters are so botched. Charlie Brown makes Linus do all the dirty work because he’s too cowardly to do it himself. Then when they DO find the girl, it’s not even cathartic, because they make Linus so oblivious to Charlie Brown telling him that they found the right person, and Linus ends up with her. It ends up depressing.

It felt great to watch all of Josh, Nin, Dark Strider, and Fix-It PhantomStrider come together to save these abominable pieces of cartoon media! And seeing the clips from the worst cartoon episode videos from all those years ago, and now seeing all of these new characters, new editing, and even new animation for Nin for this new progression in the worst cartoon videos, just makes me all that much more happy, seeing how far Strider’s come as a content creator. Keep being awesome, Strider! 💖💖💕💕💕💕

Someone once said that any idea can be turned into a good movie if executed right, I know we're talking about episodes but the same thing applies here. Some ideas may be harder to execute than others, but there may be a way for them to be turned into entertainment that is at least passable. I've got a couple of ideas for some of the plot points of these episodes. For the gets blamed for everything trope, how about the villain still blames the hero for all the bad things the villain does in the episode, but instead of tarnishing the hero's reputation, they unintentionally strengthen their reputation. For the ending of an episode like The Best Burger in the World, how about the hero still didn't get to eat their burger or food, but then their friend/love interest comes by and offers the food that they were saving to the hero. But then the hero decides to split the food in half and gives one half to their friend/love interest and they eat together.

When watching this, I didn't know what to expect. It was interesting to see Dark Strider interacting so well with Phantom Strider. It feels like a scene with Freddy and Shadow Freddy from the Freddy and Funtime Freddy Show. Just wanted to point that out

Very nice video, Strider. I was curious on how you would fix these episodes. If you're interested, there's a rewrite of "House Fancy" that I wrote a few months ago. This version takes out the gore and the Squidward torture… or at the very least makes the torture somewhat justified. Tell me what you think: The episode begins at the Krusty Krab, where SpongeBob is taking out the trash. Some kids are reading the bad words on the dumpster and SpongeBob corrects him (a reference to Sailor Mouth). He walks back and finds Squilliam Fancyson walking his entourage towards the Krusty Krab. Recognising him from the other times he made fun of Squidward, he goes to tell him. Apparently, Squidward invited Squilliam to lunch, which SpongeBob points out is severely out of character for him. While SpongeBob serves Squilliam and his friends, he tells Squidward that he's got a spot on their favorite show House Fancy. He bets him that he can't get a spot either, let alone that his house would be better than his in any way. Squidward foolishly accepts this bet. After Squilliam and his friends leave, SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs tell Squidward that wasn't a good idea since his house isn't at all any better than Squilliam's. Squidward says he has to try somehow, and he's got the perfect plan. That night, Squidward transforms his house from the inside out. It's not until the morning that he's finally done. Squidward invites SpongeBob and Patrick to his house for breakfast, which he uses as an excuse to give them a tour of his house. The problem is that Squidward's house is completely a wreck due to his lack of understanding of what makes Squilliam's house even remotely appealing. Even Patrick tells Squidward this, to which asks what he knows about interior decorating, considering he literally lives under a rock. Squilliam calls Squidward and tells him that the host of House Fancy, Nicholas Withers, wants to speak to him. Nicholas says that Squilliam has told him he wants to show him his house. Seeing this as his chance, Squidward boasts to Nicholas that his house is much better then Squilliam's house and it will knock his socks off. Nicholas is interested and decides to see his house after he's finished with Squilliam's mansion. SpongeBob, Squidward and Patrick sit down with some tea and watch Nicholas Withers interview Squilliam at his mansion. It turns out that the mansion is much better, much to Squidward's horror. The moment that the show ends, Squidward goes into a frenzy and tries to fix his house. Patrick says that maybe he shouldn't be so arrogant about it. Squidward pleads for SpongeBob and Patrick to help him. SpongeBob tells him that they'll be able to help, as he's been on House Fancy before - 12 times before in fact! SpongeBob and Patrick get everyone in town to help out with getting the house ready - and right away, antics ensure. Squidward is arrogant and tells everyone what he wants and to get every single tiny detail right. He kind of acts snobby, no better than Squilliam. Because of this, he's subjected to pure comedic humiliation and torture. Let's say that the toenail scene is toned down severely and Krabs replaces SpongeBob. The whole thing plays out like a Laurel and Hardy sketch (or if you want a modern equivalent, that one Friends scene). After a while, the whole house is a mess and Squidward asks Patrick to vacuum the house while he nurses his wounds. Patrick uses Sandy's super-vacuum to clean up, but it quickly gets out of hand as it sucks up all the inhabitants of Bikini Bottom. Squidward comes in to see it too late and the super-vacuum even starts sucking up the ocean water before sucking up Squidward himself. The super-vacuum overloads like crazy and finally explodes (cue Nuclear Explosion footage). Unaware of the complete destruction to the town, Nicholas and his crew follows Squidward and his entourage to Couch Drive to see Squidward's house. It has turned into some Art Deco sort of masterpiece, and Squidward is praised. To add a cherry on top, Squilliam's arrogance leads to him being found out as a fraud. Not only does he have his status of House Fancy prince stripped away, but he's arrested for the many laws his mansion has broken. Squidward jumps in the air and freeze-frames, a la Band Geeks and the episode ends. The difference here is that Squidward is so worried about trying to be better than Squilliam, he somehow manages to become more arrogant than Squilliam ever was. In other words, Squidward Tentacles is his own worst enemy at times. Keep up the good work, dude!

I dig the idea of Pearl being in charge of the Krusty Krab with Mr Krabs absent. She may have already done that in The Kuddly Krab, but being in defense of The Secret Formula, and unintentionally Scaring Plankton away, who tries to overcome his fear of whales, would have led to some great development for both characters.

Also I think it would be interesting to have Meg found out by foster care and get taken away for the abuse and maybe even Peter going to jail for child abuse.
