When I saw that Brick I had the same idea of putting it in the bottom of trash container …He needs someone to do a daily check of entire property if needs cleaning , polishing of elevator entrance and inside … Washing floors , paint touch ups &making place smell good , the right colors to attract people so they come back !!!! Great Idea of building a extension to increase Revenue $&&&&

That place as is has inconvenient parking, putting another building there just clutters everything up even more. I would make it a free parking lot and have that nice lady work for tips. Youll get more bees with honey. Lets face it, every curb says no parking, the parking garages suck and are a chore plus expense, etc etc....
