New impellers only can be purchased on eBay for about $8.00. It is recommended every 2 years to replace this part.

@1:16 Dirty? If you saw my old Merc 125 you would probably walk away from it immediately! Runs like a charm though ;) I'm always cautious spraying de-greaser in a motor in fear that it will dry out components that are meant to be lubricated. Any tips?

Looked like the motor was sprayed with corrosion block. How top of carb got black oil and dirt on top...I am thinking maybe from pull start opening?

cheap great penetrating fluid, 50% automatic transmission fluid and 50% acetone.

You might wanna try and wear mechanics gloves. Prevents transfer of unnecessary grease and oil over your new parts. Just saying.
