One step at a time definitely ❤ may I suggest you start dividing the dug up spaces into beds and paths. The weeds will grow back in those places so dividing and covering the bed sections with make it easier then… get yourself some organic garlic and put it in now so you can have a harvest in June - July I find gardening with small defined spaces results in less overwhelm and having something growing as you prep the rest of your space will give you a good feeling. You could also buy some onion sets and put them in now they will be ready in July - August

@@StellasVegetablegardens I wanted to spray the plot with nematodes slup spray before then I get the horse manure spread it around them i section it off.

@ don’t worry about slugs they will come from your neighbours as well and they will also be in the manure you lay on your beds I would use cardboard and manure and get started if your garden was closed off I would understand nematodes are expensive so buy them but keep them for areas you will be planting veg that slugs love. Garlic is fine get it in the ground now and then cover that area in manure cover it with a small net till it has sprouted enough to stop the birds trying to pull it out cause they think it’s worms ❤️ Trust me it will work I cover my beds in manure every year but I don’t nematode. I just make sure saplings are mature enough to survive the attacks before they go in the ground
