26:41 I just think that you've ended up taking out so much of the form of the neck... before you could see the muscles and structure, now it's just a bland cylinder. But great video orverall.

Hi, it’s subjective and I understand that. But the original is just incorrect. That is not how the form of the neck will look whatsoever in that position. It will look like the “cylinder” you mentioned. That looks natural. The first it seems she is straining or something and the anatomy is slightly off as well. From a technical standpoint the second is objectively better

I honestly dont lilke how you apply, your own style on every art piece from different people. There is no right or wrong. You just say this is wrong, lets ''correct'' it didnt make it ''better'' you simply took something that isnt yours, and made it yours. And you changed it to something generic, instagramy soulless.

I also noticed that but i also get that matching someone’s style is really difficult. Matching the style is not the point. The point is making you notice what’s “wrong” with your drawing and if she matched the style the corrections wouldn’t be that noticeable. By correcting it (after watching her video) with your own style makes you feel more original and that you actually learned smth since you didn’t just copy her corrections (took a screenshot of the finished product) but actually fixed your drawing in your own way.

I agree. I feel like in the first one she made it a totally different character, and also the new facial features sit too low on the skull now, or the hair was too high, something... and it looked odd, like it didn't fit the structure of the rest of the drawing anymore. The original had a lot more personality to it, and I've seen artists make better "fix it" videos while keeping the original integrity of the piece.

Eh, sorry gamer but this ain't it. You corrected art that didn't need correcting. Most of the time your tweaks completely changed the style like in the 1st + 3rd drawings without adding much to the form because there wasn't anything that needed correcting. Especially in the first drawing, you turned that artist's style into the typical disney-esque look: big eyes, plump lips. And in the 2nd drawing you just changed the composition of the piece which was already really good in portraying a certain elegance in the character. If you're going to correct, correct the artists that really need to understand these things. And maybe when you do don't completely change their art-style in the process.

Girl, seems like overall she was pretty technical. The first drawing was basically only correcting light and anatomy plus a little of composition. I won’t deny it changed from the original drawing bt I don’t think she did it enough to actually take off the point of the video (technical corrections)

I mean no offense by my words, you act like a feminine version of the KZbin artist "Angel Ganev". Same content, and same demeanour. Angel used to do this style of video. It's interesting to see another person creating this type of content where your viewers willingly submit to having their art ripped apart. Excellent work, keep going!
