Hi Terry, I removed cover plate and there was no cleaning roller! Whats your thoughts?

Cheaper models don't have the cleaning roller. On the plus side the lower Pressure Roller lasts longer!

Hi, thanks for your detailed videos and elaborate explanations ... I removed my fuser unit ... Hell !!! i don't see this white color roller that you say keeps the rubber roller clean ... this white roller and its springs this assy is totally missing ... but the printer was printing anyways ... shoddy cloudy copies of course which is what lead me to your videos ... Can you please tell me what type of roller is this white roller called ? Is it available outside as a spare ? any part numbers that i can search with ? thank.s in advance

By cheaper models of the printer, you mean one's that take in the same fuser(you've demonstrated in the above video series) ... & by cheaper fuser's, you mean after market compatible fusers ?
