what is the locking position on the spindle when you put this bobbin case holder back?

A few problems with this video. The machine is jammed. If the hook-race are jammed you cannot turn the handwheel to access screws. The machine is jammed. Secondly you should not ever use pliers to yorque the hook. This is not Stock sewing quality guys.
