Great job! I followed your instructions for my 3000 split screen door (there’s some minor differences but those were obvious; eg for the closer, you start with the right two screws and the last screw is on the left ) and I would have struggled if I relied only on the written instructions. You also made this concise and clear, unlike many other videos where I have to waste time listening to irrelevant content because they are trying to boost their score. Thank you for a great video! Question for you: if the installer did not screw in any of the jamb side screws, and then the handle hits the latch rail when opening and closing, do you think adding those jamb screws after the fact would pull the door over enough to give it enough clearance?

I just installed the door and it looks great. The problem I am having is that the top of the door is not closing tight. This storm door went in a door frame that is 100% level in every possible way. It looks like the door itself could have been warped. This is my 3rd Anderson storm door install so I do have experience putting these in. So before I take this door out and return it, is there something I can do to tighten the top?

Hi I just bought and installed this door Same handle and lock to My lock assembly was missing the door latch There’s two holes in the door frame for one but my catch plate was missing it latching to the trim of frame Is this correct?

Too fast on the handle install. My handle is binding and not springing back. Also, the handle won’t open the door. It’ll turn but won’t open it

Hi, I would try loosening the screws and realigning the lock. You may only need to snug up the screws.
