You must've been a very curious and investigative mind your entire life. I'm a retired firefighter and enjoy tinkering with typewriters among other things and found this quite enjoyable. Bought a knackered Filia Olympia years ago and my dad an I have just got around to restoring it. First day today and we've struggled with the keys. It's incredibly dirty and rusty and in attempting to clean it, we've managed to unhook a load of the keys and it's a nightmare trying to get them back in place. Any tips? Thanks

To clarify, the hooks which connect the actual letter key to the spring mechanism.

My typing of 'S' letter not work suddenly then when i check , inside the key has depart I'm trying hard to joining it by using some pin without opening the typewriter but it doesn't work , please some suggestion or make a video on joining a key please

thx but it is just everything inside got rusty becoz of the long time. that's why it cant move and i hv paid for repair but that guy said so and told that it couldnt be repaired
