Turning off the tv worked for me. My issue was that I could not get access to the setting WiFi. Screen went green. Disconnected the tv for 2 minutes and it works now. Thanks

I have the same remote you are using. My Hisense is connected by ethernet and have tried my 5ghz wireless as well. Both work great on Amazon & KZbin, but Netflix says no internet connection on either wire or wireless. No way to deactivate or replace the Netflix app on my Hisense TV. Rebooted router, modem, unplugged tv - still nothing. Again Amazon & KZbin apps work great, but no Netflix connection?

You are connected to the TV via wifi then switch off 'wake on LAN' as it prevents your TV connecting successfully to the internet via wifi. Go to settings->connection->network->wake on LAN and switch off

Dear Sir, Thanks for reaching out here. Please check below: 1. Replace the router and TV in the same place 2. Unplug all power cable from TV and router. Wait 5 minutes. Then plug in back and try. 3. Hey bro when i tried to connect mine to the wifi it stated connection timed out. Tried multiple times but it still saying the same thing but when tried to connect to the mobile hotspot it quickly connected is the problem is the router? Or should i just do a factory reset on the android tv since the wifi seems doing fine in other devices but not on android tv please help!!!!

Dear sir, thanks for reaching out here. Please check below instructions 1. Replace the router close to TV 2. Set wifi band 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz and try connect. 3. Restart tv and android tv box and router 4. Try to connect mobile hotspot 5. Reset tv network settings 6. Set ip manually 7. Disable vpn connection 8. Set dns settings to Google dns Hopefully above will solve your tv wifi connection problem. Please try and reply me the result.
