My mother is doctor I knw fruit sugar is also sugar and if you are taking 1 whole fruit with peels and fibers Fiber will keep you full with 1 or 2 fruits but in one glass of fruit juice 5 or 6 fruits will go and sugar is sugar either natural or artificial becoz glucose (sugar) and fructose (fruit sugar) both are carbohydrates will make you fat

Don't really agree what she said about natural sugar in fruits. Your body does require natural sugar found in fruits to give you energy if your day to day life is based on physical work. Even sometime diabetics person are sage to eat banana.

It’s not a lie. She said hundred percent right that fruits has sugar in it so watch limit to intake . Fresh juices has sugar with no fibre which is definitely not a healthy option. Everyone know that we all should do exercise to stay healthy so if she does is not bad thing.

If someone is working hard ,no issue he can thank three thousands calories , if someone is sitting whole the day and no activity then he / she should limit his calories . Now rice and wheat has high glycemic index that's why in thirty minutes to two hours it is converted into sugar . Blood sugar spike happens with usage of carbs , insulin will converted into fats .
