Mod list: fk8, hondata, p600, PRL FBO, catless, awe 3in touring exhaust and frontpipe, flexfuel e40, xdi hpfp, dw300 lpfp, 3.5 race maf, stock injectors, stock hpfl, stock motor and trans. Made 480 hp and 452 lb/ft to the wheel on a dynojet on e50 in 95*F ambient 48.5% humidity. Tuned by mikethetuner(instagram) at 1to1tuning. Hit my boy up for all your tuning and automotive needs.

Fwiw I’m pro American muscle too but always respect a clean w from an import. Lol last year I was running another built trackhawk while in my trackhawk in Mexico and a 97-02 Prelude pulled next to me (4 lanes). I was thinking wtf is this slow poke think he’s doing with us big boys? Well we honked it off and right as the third honk sounded I heard the familiar swoosh (turbo pooling), yup I knew my goose was cooked lol. We took off and he not only handed me my ass (my hawk made 730), but he handed my buddy his ass too who made 830. We pulled over and obviously gave him props. This is what racing is about and what makes it fun. Be safe out there guys.

So far so good. The torque curve is the issue with failures in the engine. As long as the tuner is competent and can push peak torque past 4.5k rpm things seem to hold up

I missed 3rd in my boosted gsr racing one of these scats on the way to work, hit the rev limiter and blew the igniter in my distributor. Had to get AAA to tow me home, that 3rd miss shift is no joke sometimes. Thankfully I had an extra dizzy laying around and just swapped the igniter out.

Hes missing third cause his seat position is out of wack. Look how he's sitting and transferring his weight around while shifting. He needs to pull the seat closers so he's not reaching for 3rd and has more control of the left arm as well. He just needs to spend money on racing school and stop spending money on mods #drivermod

3 inch exhaust is pretty big for that small motor. Nascar runs smaller pipes than that. I've seen as small as 1 5/8 header tubes and 2.5 inch collectors on 800+hp. Its about velocity too. You might pick up some hp and torque running a smaller pipe. Just a thought. Awesome race, awesome people. Thank you for the video!

everyone loves a stick shift. especially with good exhaust. but when it comes to racing, unless you replace your clutch, automatics usually take a w. when you find someone nice as hell with their shifts, chances are something’s upgraded. or their clutch is beat to hell and will be going bye bye in the near future

I had a challenger manual. It was my dream actually it still my dream car. But i had to sell it. It was a ton of fun brute fun. Against their auto counterparts it was a little faster. If you power shift right. Since it has less gears and less changes to make. But as i said. The type r just flies and its an easier car too mod. And the fk8 has a body style i love. So in the end both cars are amazing in their own way.
