Hey James, you actually want your rooms' temp to be in the orange which stands for perfect temp. If the area is blue then patients and staff will be too cold, also if it is too hot the color will be red. You only need the air conditioning if it is red. Hope this helps :)

Hi James, don’t forget to check the little envelopes at the bottom right, you don’t get the rewards until you dismiss them. And also you need to specify the additional nurses can work in the wards, otherwise only one nurse can work there at any one time 🙂

GP diagnose patients, so Diagnostic skill is great for GP. There is also another specialised skill for GP. The specialised treatment rooms like the De-Lux clinic wants Treatment skill. Any room that diagnose wants Diagnostic skill, sometimes rooms can have specialised skill like Ward Management for ward & Pharmacy Management for pharmacy. Treatment rooms want treatment skills. Pharmacy is a treatment room so both Treatment & Pharmacy Management works for the room. Ward is a room that benefits from both Treatment & Diagnostic skills, Ward Management included of course. There are also Qualification skills which are required to work in that room like a doctor needs Psychiatry skill to work in psychiatry room. Long comment but hopefully detailed enough to let you understand. Training is not available to unlock in this hospital.

Some tips: Each type of room has specific items you can unlock that can give bonuses and decoration. You don’t need to worry about air con until you get to a map with temperature. Training also isn’t unlocked yet. If you click on the ward you can adjust how many nurses you want working there otherwise it’s just one per room.

You can get more than one nurse working in any ward by clicking on the ward and clicking the + to add nurses assigned to that ward. Otherwise, every nurse you put in the ward over the one assigned to it will just leave. I've found the 3-4 beds per nurse is perfect. :)

You have to click on the desk in the ward in order to specify that you want more than one nurse to work there. As you know, getting the prestige level of your rooms up is really beneficial to you, even if you have to spam the same item multiple times. So glad to see you playing this!!!!!!!

I played a LOT of "Theme Hospital" when I was nine or ten years old. I had a lot of trouble spacing things out appropriately, as well as knowing where certain things should go, (I still have that problem today, years later, playing "The Sims"), so I often wound up with important rooms being too small. But I remember, in the first hospital in "Theme Hospital", there was a big square of space near the end of the place, and I would always fill that square with a ward. The ward was my favorite room, for some reason, and I always made it FAR too big. :P

You've only got one nurse working in each of the wards, even though you hired two for one of them. You have to select the ward and choose to add another nurse to the room if you want more than one working at a time.

You don't need to worry about the temperature (ie radiators and air conditioning) in this hospital. You only need them in a future hospital. You should always aim the temperature to be yellow - blue is too cold and red I think is too hot

I downloaded this game after watching you and Deli play and it does not work for Macbooks. It crashes every time I try to open it and I followed the steps online to fix it and nothing. Can I get help or should I just request a refund?
