Grandson of Sam NiFDy Its different though, the North of Ireland is a shifting demography. Theres no longer a protestant loyalist majority its closer to 50/50 unionist/nationalist. Its to make it fair on the very large Irish Nationalist community to not fly a foreign flag 365 days a year. If they want the union jack flown the whole year then they should fly the Irish Tricolour beside it. 😄
