I do sometimes, but I don't have a good enough headset mic for you to be able to hear me when I do that. You might notice that a lot of times I'll teach facing the camera, and then demonstrate both facing the camera and facing away. Someday when I get paid for making videos full time and can afford a nice wireless headset mic I'll go back and re-create all of my videos with better quality picture and sound!

Everytime I bring it down in front of me my hand is under and not over like yours, how do I fix that lol I’m lost

I start with my hand in a thumbs-down position. So there could be one of two things happening here; either you are starting with your hand in the thumbs-up position or you are bringing your flag down in the opposite direction from me.

Possibly. Do you know of a video where it's demonstrated? I just want to make sure what I call a parachute toss is the same toss you are referring to!
