I always wondered how flags were put on wreaths like this, for some reason I thought the flag was rapped the whole way around. lol Now it makes sense. What could one use in place of the metal star? Hugs, Brenda

Yes this worried me too. I love the idea but read that the flag is a symbol of our country and should never be used as a decoration. Some people including Vets gave a thumbs down response to these wreaths. Im hoping to find striped material and starred material to make mine.
