Finally some players will understand that we gain much more gold being allies farming quests. Instead of being attacked by 80% of ships i meet even when i just started a session and got nothing to plunder.

How can I earn lots of guild rep from this? Does my alliance have to be running the guild flag too or does whatever they sell no matter the faction go towards the guild Bc I’m running the guild flag? Ig what I’m trying to say is it better if me and my alliance both run the guild ?

Not sure if you get guild rep from an alliance, but if your alliance partner is part of your guild they should run a guild emissary for increased guild reputation

You don't have to fly a guild flag to gain guild rep, it is much faster [obviously] but as long as you are sailing on a ship pledged to a guild everything you sell gives a little to your guild regardless of what emmisary you're flying. Same for allies, if they are part of your guild and on a pledged ship it goes to your guild ledger.

Does treasure hand in from my alliance make progress towards the emissary ledger?

I don't know if this counts in your ledger, but I do know you will receive the emissary multiplier bonus on alliance sold items if you are in the same company emissary and are selling similar emissary loot, and likewise will not receive the multiplier bonus if you are not in the same company emissary and not selling emissary loot. For example, I am Athena emissary, my alliance mate is GH emissary. I sell a regular chest, he gets emissary bonus. I sell Athena item, he does not. And vice versa. Mostly, I would just test and do the math.

It doesn't progress your Emissary Ledger, but if you have the same Emissary Grade up you will make the extra Gold from that.

I had someone today try shooting down my ship wile i was doing a small fort. I absolutely demolished him so hard i kinda felt bad, maybe I should have seen if he would wana make a alliance

This is just an event and doesn't require an update. The big update of Season 13 is the Resurrection of Flameheart, making the new Burning Blade a Man'o'war-like ship you can take over to become a player-controlled World Event

This is just an Event. The Season 13 update comes out on July 25th and it's a big one!
