Why

@@jasonabiola7419 when not watching Netflix or other content. The video quality is off. It shows the orange tent and when in direct sunlight the auto brightness boosters the colors and makes the image oversaturated. Then there's the buttons that are way too sensitive. Every time I go to pick up the phone I'm turning the screen off or turning the screen on or turning the volume down or turning the volume up. Then there's the operator system which is a lot slower than last year, particularly in opening apps. And on top of that when I'm doing things in between apps, even if it's just three apps, the apps often close and restart and I have to start over what I'm doing. So the ram management on the phone is really bad. I'm coming from the show me 13t pro and honestly the 13t pro runs better. The screen looks better on the 13t pro and so other than the design being a All metal body now and glass back, I don't see an improvement so I'm returning it. I don't feel like I upgrade it. I feel like I downgraded

@@Flateri for some reason my other comment was removed. I'm returning because of the screen. It has bad screen quality. The buttons are soft. Every time I pick up the phone Im accidentally pressing buttons. The phones noticeably slow. Apps take long to load and often just hang at the load screen.. it's not an improvement from the 13T. Doesn't feel like an upgrade to me.
