Hi, I'm the composer of the Anti Bullying Squad theme (I also made their sound effects, but that's another history), this is the first time my music is heard on RFL, I just wanted to say that it makes me very happy to see people's reaction to my song and know that they like my work, expect more stuff from me in upcoming updates, I'm working hard to bring a lot of new songs in the future. to give a little more backstory to the anti-bully squad: they're not employees under zomboss, but rather hate his guts because zomboss was a big jerk to them in college. a few examples of this being rolling mr grim brim in a sushi, and feeding him to space sharks, stealing his lunchbox, lunch money, and the whole lunchroom, forcing stilts to reside on top of a drawer while dr zomboss got the whole room, and tattooing greg-gantuar's back while he was sleeping.

For level 9 I definitely used zoybean pod for the tiles, such a fun time spamming gargs and seeing multiple of them barrage through! Also your videos are great! I always love watching each video you post, It's nice watching gameplay with commentary text to read to. It just makes it feel so chill and fun as I try to imagine what tone you're trying to give through text. and plus, the text commentary helps with learning information, and when I have to have my phone on mute when in school since I have no headphones. level 9 with threepeater and torchwood spam is the funniest thing ever when i first saw the 5 power tiles i immediately went for it and it was so satisfying seeing my game lag from all the peas all in different colors from the flames

A small detail in 5 is the number of O in Goal indicated the number of imp falling. Each wave add one more so the Goal text get longer every wave

44:41 As someone who uses that strat a lot (dmg ramp is so fun), i highly recommend both pumpkin and pea vine, specially pea vine as he synergers with torchwood where blastberry vine can't, here some tips if you want to improve the usage of this strat -Make sure to stall as much as you can since the strat is expensive (duh). -Balance the peapod count. (Unless there are rails). -Use shrinking violet and and another insta of your choice. For plant food, it is up to you, torch/pumpkin is slighty preferred. Hope these work for you if you try this strat next time! Love your videos.

Ngl I completely cheesed level 9 with just a full column of Citrons in the back. Almost a full screen nuke for just one plant food. Plus seeing Tile Turnip cost 4000 sun was really funny to me for some reason.

44:45 Unless there was a specific reason (like Shovel Zombie or Dragon Imp) to bring Blastberry Vine, Pea Vine is gonna be a better option since it's cheaper than Blastberry and gets buffed by Torchwood. (EDIT: I just realized there was Witch and Overstuffed Zombie in this level, so your selection of Blastberry Vine was valid here.) Also, for Torchwood strats, I almost always bring Power Lily; You get the same power as two Torchwoods for the same price AND half the space. Oh yeah, and a Pea Vine placed on a Torchwood gets the fire from that Torchwood, making Pea Vine even better for the strat. And using PF on a Pea Vine + Torchwood can get your Torchwood up to blue AND a barage of plasma peas for a single PF. One other thing -- It's not helpful in this particular case because space efficiency is your primary concern on this level, but sometimes when you have more space and time/sun efficiency are the primary concerns, Repeater or Threepeater can be the better options to build up your defense fast, since Torchwood strats are notably slower to develop.

The one thing I’ll say regarding the beginning, is dislikes are functionally worthless, I wouldn’t give them the time of day if you enjoy making reflourished content. for the power tiles on level 9 i opted for the goofy strat of five different plantfoods; which wound up being boom balloon; caramel popcorn; jack o lantern; potato mine and homing thistle also its a really stupid level but level 8 was my favourite; i opted to "out-dumb' the level by using a garlic phat beet strat (with electric currants because they also are good in garlic strats) as well as gumnut for the hair metal gargs (an incredible synergy) a garlic strat in a jurassic panic level filled with hair metal gargs and furnaces; its was so genius that it worked also i dunno if you know; but apparently professor brainstorm is supposed to be immune to fire damage

when doing peapod stategy, I usually also run peavine for a fun bit of overkill. Power Lily also helps to compress your torchwoods so they dont take as much space and also works for an emergency pf on any of your shooters. tumblr weed is an excellent choice, being a stall and damage crowd controller when used with torch. My lineup usually runs twin sunflower and sun bean for sun production, and then any choice of instas; for me, I like imp pear for its synergy with sun bean, and heath seeker for being able to kill many zombies and also tile objects.

First off, Merry Christmas! We´ll probably not get the Feastivus 2024 video before christmas arrives so I´d figure I´d say that now. Hope the holidays are treating ya well Flag. So with Brainbowl I genuinely had no idea who the anti bully squad were, but they grew quickly amidst the team. They´re a buncha goofballs, and their comedy plays well into the levels since they cant decide what to do, hence shit like conga lines, backwards portals and that stupidly easy puzzle exist. Though, I will say, I did not expect those backwards portals to be used so well to actually achieve the hypno strat. That was impressive. I had to handle 1, 3 and 6 this time around, though I had a hand on the entire thymed event as a whole. Our idea this time was to represent various olympic sports, giving us a much wider variety of level ideas to toy with, especially with things like a swimming competition in the backyard pool or having big spectacular events like level 7 and 9. The variety definitely helped the event as a whole since last years Brainbowl was poorly received after we did a poll to RFLcord members. There really isnt much else to say, surprisingly. Really, the NPCs and the story were the big highlights this time around while the levels were just themed around that. Level 4 gave us a lot of balancing issues, same with 6, but it wasnt anything super crazy to say the least. Oh and 5 is just balls. Lmao.

Good to see the Anti Bully Squad back in action after years of irrelevancy. Also, typically when I use peapod and torchwood I'll use a cheap spammable sun producer(typically imitated sunshroom)to the right, usually aiming for 3 columns. Reserving the first 2 columns for peapod and torchwood. I'll also place pumpkin on top of the sunshroom column furthest to the right, and dig up the other columns of sunshrooms later on to plant more torchwoods to take advantage of the new stacking ability. To stall the early game I usually go with Gumnut as it's cheap, reliable, and one of the few early game stalling plants that's still useful later on in the level. Lastly I'll use cherry bomb to deal with large groups, or to say F@%@ you to a certain zombie, and ghost pepper for cheap, reliable, AOE damage.

44:54 A few tips with the peapod / torchwood. If you haven't yet, play flame on. It will tell you some useful upgrades of torchwood. As for plants, I bring pea vine instead of blastberry vine. And if you also place a peavine on the torchwood, you can now shoot 7 flaming peas. I also pick tumbleweed because it's also boosted by torchwood. The rest depends on the level. Hope this helps.

For me, i chose Parsnip for level 9. I also brought Primal Wallnut and iceweed for support along with imitated Power Lily. Let's just say that Parsnip's plant food is still good.

You're a ABSOLUTE mad lad for using your hypno shroom strat despite the disadvantages you faced you STILL WON i respect that absolute cenima 10/10.🔥 For peapod+torchwood strat advice: you want have peapods at back with torchwood next to them so peapod should be placed on Column 1 and torchwood on Column 2 directly next to peapod so that way the peapod's peas will be boosted by torchwood, 1 column of torchwood is enough to support peapods but if you want to use torchwood stacking ability you will need a lot of sun and space for them at back also it's not necessary to do but you can still use it for longer levels that have at least 4 flags but you will need 2 at most 3 if you're playing a level with a lot of tanky zombies, also you can use peavine to give torchwood extra protection it works better because peavine can get boosted by torchwood unlike other vines i hope my advice helps you.

I would personaly really like if you added a small reminder at the begining of the video of what the gimmick of the zombies (the event specific resistances) / drinks in the event are, i know it’s small but i really like to know.
