To me, Ancient Egypt first wave hit unusually hard to me. You’ve been dragged back in time, and now have to fight for your life. As the reality of your situation sets in, that’s where the slightly sad tone of First Wave sets in.

I feel like First Wave was present so many times because the game tends to snowball through later waves, as the constant panicked slaughter of zombies keeps forwarding the waves, but First Wave tends to stay a good bit longer as there aren't many zombies to forward the waves, meaning you hear the song more and grow to like it more, even though other songs are better (BWB Final Wave should've won)

Jurassic mach final wave starts of cool for the first couple of seconds, but then it feels like it just tries to do the same thing but not to do the *same* thing and so it sounds extremely clumsy

in final wave, frostbite cave sounds like this some much to me: "We're eating brains tonight, we're eating brains tonights" or just "We're [insert two words] tonight"

Teh only one i have to complain about is big wave beach, imo the best ost gotta be the Elite battle, with the guitar riffs, it's soo good, also i'm like "wtf???" About the fact that the 8-bit theme of mixtape tour was the second after choose your seeds, imo the 8-bit jam track deserves the lowest place

VERY IMPORTANT vine ranking list!! Ancient Egypt - Demonstration Minigame (AE's soundtrack is all rather relaxed. Yeah, the standard wave themes are iconic, but that aside they're not incredible? Demonstration Minigame makes better use of the instruments than Ultimate Battle.) Pirate Seas - Final Wave (I'll admit I'm biased, yeah, but like it's a good song that works well!) Wild West - First Wave Pianist Zombie - Pianist Zombie Far Future - Mid Wave B (Far Future's soundtrack sucks!! It all sounds like people music. This and final wave are the only good ones and even then I only like this one because of the start.) Dark Ages - Ultimate Battle (Honestly Dark Age's soundtrack is also kinda just okay at best. The kazoo is funny for a moment but then it's just grating. Shoutouts to vibraslap in the Ultimate Battle and Demonstration Minigame songs though. I love vibraslap.) Big Wave Beach - First Wave (let's be real though every single song in this world is peak) Frostbite Caves - Final Wave (It's so goofy I love it. Also I'm still mad about the remix of this in PvZ2C that removes the swung notes! Like what the freak man those notes were swung for a reason! This is why I do not like China.) Lost City - Demonstration Minigame (I really like the intro on this one for some reason. Also I really like how on the regular wave themes the radio filter slowly goes away. It's a little bit of storytelling in the music itself. It's genius. Love it.) Neon Mixtape Tour - Choose Your Seeds (Every song in this world is also peak. Shoutouts to Metal Jam being 6 minutes long btw. Also shoutouts to Ballad Jam. Also shoutouts to the fact this entire world's soundtrack is on Soundcloud.) Jurassic Marsh - Ultimate Battle (The harmonica oh god the harmonica is so good, Demonstration Minigame is also incredible solely because of the harmonica solo.) Fun Fact: If Popcap never Removed the Ultimate Battle Themes they would be chosen for all of these WHich is kind of a good thing because there would be 0 diversity if everything was "Ultimate Battle"

I am slightly disappointed that the Demonstration Mini games or the Ultimate Battles didn’t show up here. I thought more people would like one of my favorite tracks, Lost City Ultimate Battle. Despite this, I still enjoyed the picks from the community.
