This is great, but another good way that I found to get rid of shadows from fan and lights and is fast is trace out the shadow and use the new generative fill in photoshop to remove. Been working for me…

Have any recommendations for portfolio-building outside of friends and family? I've gotten a couple off facebook rentals.

You should be able to create a decent portfolio off of those friends and family. Or keep asking those who are listing on air bnb. As oong as you even have 1 or 2 nice homes for your portfolio, then that should be good enough to start getting business. Set your price according to your area and your skill level. Business will come but you have to be consistent with your posting, advertising and maybe even cold calling or stopping into real estate agencies and asking if you can come by and do a presentation or just leave your cards. Never stop networking. Always be posting on social media. You'll get business.

I only plan on doing this part time. The market rate here is 175 to 220 for the low end for photos. All I have is HDR but I am wanting something a little more catching before I start advertising. I all ready have down how I will go about finding clients. I didn't have my flash equipment when I was doing the HDRs.@@joefoto

No. Just the godox v1 by itself.

I use a Hoya polarizer when using my 9-18mm lens but I need to get a better one for the Laowa 7.5mm because when the Hoya creates too much vignette.
