Flame Guard Intumescent Fire Retardant on Rubber

Testing Flame Guard intumescent fire retardant clear coat on a small rubber tire. Rubber mulch is frequently used as a backstop in gun ranges, and small fire caused by bullets hitting residual metal threads can start a fire. or else someone can fire a tracer round.
