What is the procedure for adjusting the pilot? Having issues with a flame mate blowing the pilot out when the wok is placed on the flame for cooking.

This machine working LPG through. Because in this time gas system is Natural Gas / cynthatic gas system. Need to up date nozzle sets.

Did you ever come across this type of issue? Pissibly too much air? Not enough gas? On name plate, wok requies 3.5” water column. I checked and had 4.5”
