Have you noticed any significant differences in charging speeds when using different types of USB-C cables with this power bank?

Yes, there are a few, some usb-c cables do not support the fast charging feature, mainly the cheap ones that i have laying around from various other devices, therefore it will default to normal charging, the one that comes in the box with the battery does support fast charging. I guess it all depends on the quality and brand of the cable used. Thank you for your kind words.

Anything on the " double press " on the power button? trickle charge?

@@gewglesux Haven't tried it yet, only single pressed the power button to "wake up" the power bank to charge up devices.
