Flamencos por el Mundo

Flamencos por el Mundo was launched in 2009. Its objective was, and remains, to develop both artistic and educational projects for sharing the art of flamenco; not just in Sevilla, its global capital and home to our headquarters, but the rest of the world as well.
Our artists and projects include the versatility and power of Pastora Galvan, the racially rooted dance of Manuel Fernandez Montoya “El Carpeta,” next in a saga of historically important dancers, and Siudy Garrido Company, a flamenco and fusion group directed by the dancer Siudi. “The Little Mermaid” is a Flamencos por el Mundo’s production we are very proud of. It aims to promote flamenco to children and is a novel idea incorporating an international group of flamenco artists.
