Aug main here I gotchu. They're gonna go for you immediately so just move around and kite until your teammate take their focus. You're gonna wanna warp > presx2 > ebon might> flame breath R1 > BoE> tip + upheaval then warp and eruption spam if they need it. your upheaval hits like a freight train.

Even though consume flame says engulf consumes 4s of fire breath and detonates it for 300% of the amount consumed, in tests it doesn't look like a level 1 or level 4 fire breath dot actually makes any difference in the Consume Flame damage. You might push more damage tipping fire breath instead.

you can, however you want to tip eternity surge so thats its a faster time to kill, plus if you do tip fire breath you might lose out on the chance to engulf with all 3 dots active before they run out in my personal experience anyway

You should gear mastery crit for this, it cant really one shot if it doesnt crit. Most of devastation is instant, you dont get much benefit from haste

Hey, just curious, for a more casual player you reckon its worth crafting the staff right away since we got basicly free conquest weaps this week? Also would you pick staff or one hander and off hand from the free weap?

@@PedroGarcia-qi2fb for the free weapon you should get main and off hand because its more mastery. The crafted staff is the best math wise it has more int and stam and mastery
