I’m glad you’re doing this sew along. I’ve always hated appliqué. I got better doing the method with Lori Holt where you sew & turn inside out. But that doesn’t work with all patterns. So I look forward to seeing how you do it.

Love this beautiful quilt. I’ve been given fabrics of my friend’s mom’s clothing and she wanted this pattern. Mine will look more scrappy but I will add coordinating borders to try to tie all the fabric together.
