thanks for the video, this is exactly what I needed to see. The shimmer verb (which is what you dig as well) is what I was looking for at a budget price. I am not going to spend $300 on a reverb pedal anytime soon. $80 bucks for a solid pedal and a power supply is tough to beat.

I am very happy with these tones. I'm on the hunt for a pedal to help me get some ambience. I was looking for the ekoverb... But I can buy the delay and the reverb pedals separately for a bit more... And have the presets. People recommend me the Atlantic a lot... But despite the sound quality being great, the pedal don't allow any tone control... And that shimmer is totally unusable, imo...

Short, Sweet and every verb heard, makes an excellent demo. Have you tried the Flamma Stereo Delay? Their EKOVERB is a killer pedal, especially for the price, but all of their digital delays and verbs are very good. Stereo ins and outs have become as much a selling point as tap tempo is for many players. Only reason I’d choose a TC Flashback or HoF, is the TonePrint feature, yet the presets aren’t better. Regardless, these Flamma pedals are such a killer deal for a quality effect that it’s not much risk to try them out.
@barefootbeardedwizardry4 жыл бұрын
I haven’t yet, but I need to grab one for sure... My main criticism would be the way to scroll through the presets... a 2nd footswitch for that purpose would be much more useable on the fly, & wouldn’t add too much to the cost. Other than that, it’s pretty amazing for the $
@texanfournow3 жыл бұрын
Bought one of these recently. Very nice pedal for not very much money. I also picked up the Flamma FC-03 (mini delay pedal), very cool little pedal. I am hoping Flamma quality holds up over time; bought an Ammoon American Sound pedal that died after one year, so I am a little paranoid. For now, I am a Flamma fan.

Nice demo👍. The Flamma line is very impressive - and cost effective. They say they are musicians/engineers making quality gear for musicians without boutique prices. $68 for this is value indeed. I have Strymon and Neunaber verbs and delays, and honestly, these little guys FS02, FS22, FS03... sound great in their own way. I just hope there isn’t a tone suck or something. I just ordered an EkoVerb. Stunnng sounds, and I may be able to replace two pedals with one on a board. For under $100.

Great sounds for the money but the drip sound on the spring setting is goofy as all hell. Granted, I’m a spring reverb snob who uses a Surfy Bear unit. But I want a nice cheaper pedal to cover room and plate sounds. This seems like a pretty decent option.

Amazing review man. Congrats! What do you think, this one or Joyo Reverb Atmosphere? Which one has a better sound?
@barefootbeardedwizardry3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! That’s a tough call… For one, Flamma are basically a repackage with tweaks of other Chinese pedals, so there’s a good chance the algos are essentially the same. BUT I’d choose Flamma because I want stereo, if you don’t need stereo, then the Joyo might be better for you since it also has the added delay feature. But, the Flamma also has “presets” so you can save the settings you prefer for each algo.
@samueltavares30203 жыл бұрын
@@barefootbeardedwizardry Got it. So the sound of the reverbs in both pedals are pratically the same? I think I'm gonna buy the Flamma because of the presets. This is really helpful on playing on the stage.
@barefootbeardedwizardry3 жыл бұрын
@@samueltavares3020 totally agree, very helpful, & yeah I think there are differences, but they are very similar. They definitely seem to have the same base algos, but maybe with minor tweaks that would make them slightly different… to me, it’s essentially the same & comes down to the features that matter for what I do (like presets & stereo)
